The quickest option
If you can sign in, open LessonBuddy and go to your account settings. Use the available data or account deletion option and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Can’t access your account?
Email privacy@lessonbuddy.co.uk from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “LessonBuddy data deletion request” and include your name and account type.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorised person.
- We confirm the scope of the deletion and identify any records we must retain by law.
- We delete or anonymise eligible personal information and confirm when the request is complete.
Information that may be retained
Some limited information may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Where that applies, it is restricted and kept only for the necessary period.
Linked pupil or parent accounts
If your account is linked to an instructor, some lesson or business records may also be controlled by that instructor. We will explain when you need to contact them directly or when we can handle the request on their behalf.
